No children were born of the marriage between the Plaintiff and the Defendant and wife is not now pregnant.

Petitioner is entitled to a divorce “a vinculo matrimonii” based on Louisiana Civil Code Article l03, living separate and apart for in excess of six (6) months.
Any and all community property and debts acquired during the existence of this marriage has been distributed by the parties pursuant to the terms of the Marital Settlement Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “A”.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, _____________, prays that Judgment be rendered in favor of Petitioner and against the Defendant, decreeing a divorce between the parties, dissolving the community of acquets and gains existing between them, requests that the Marital Settlement Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit “A” be incorporated herein by reference and have the same force as if stated herein in full, and that the costs of these proceedings be divided equally between the parties.
